ParentBuddy was born from two journeys, my own experience growing up being labelled too much, too sensitive, or the best one "broken” by Systems and People that did not understand my needs, then later, my journey as a mother, navigating the same isolation, confusion, and impossible expectations that so many parents face today and could not find anything that brought balance for my child or me on the days it was tough.

I created  lavenderbuddy® for the Children 6 years ago after 18 years of back and forth research and prototypes.

Still supporting Children in 2026, but whilst online, I seen so many Parents trying to navigate finding support and that takes, time you don't have.

If your child needs extra support and is is crucial for you to be supported, so they can be supported.

I realised early on. it is not us that is broken it is the systems around us are often misaligned with how we are actually built to live, feel, and grow.

I stand on simple, proven truths: The Human Body never lies - Language does

• As family therapist Steve Biddulph so clearly states, "we have lost the village that raises a child”, leaving parents to carry too much alone, while being sold endless quick fixes that never really last.

( This is not Therapy, just quoting him)

• Real, lasting change comes from working with our nature, not against it. This means understanding our nervous system, sensory system and the 8 Emotions we are born with that are unchanged until we die and the natural state of Flow that helps us thrive.
